An additional “breathing amplifier” is attached to the headset and assists the patients with controlled breathing exercises. Kim Drawdy, 30, and his daughter Lauren Drawdy, 9, “succumbed to their injuries” following the incident, which occurred as four hunters were attempting to move deer near Barracada Road in Walterboro, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (DNR) confirmed. The department said the incident took place at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The identities of the victims were released by the county coroner’s office, WCSC reported. The case remains under investigation....

Sedrick Miller, 42, had been walking in Northeast Washington, DC, when the incident occurred, according to police. At the time, he was reportedly carrying his infant child in a car seat and holding hands with his older child, who is 5-years-old.
